When will my delivery arrive? 

Current Approximate Lead Time: We're delivering! Once you place your order we will contact you within 3 days to schedule a delivery time. Our current delivery window is 5-7 days from the order date.

All orders are processed on a first in, first out basis based on delivery location. You cannot specify a delivery date. We try to keep the above lead time as accurate as possible to help you time your delivery. 

Gardener’s Supply delivers 7 days per week and operates on a floating schedule. Customers will maintain their spot in the scheduling queue as schedules shift. In order to serve as many customers as possible Gardener's Supply groups deliveries by town. Delaying an individual delivery likely requires the make up delivery to occur on the next scheduled delivery date for your area. We cannot guarantee an exact time for your delivery.  Upon scheduling your delivery we will confirm your delivery timeframe via E-mail. Due to the volume of inbound requests please expect your confirmation e-mail within four to seven business days of initial order.

Our current estimated lead time for delivery is 5-7 days from order confirmation pending availability of product and weather conditions. Upon scheduling your delivery we will contact you through e-mail and confirm your 72 hour delivery window. Please monitor the e-mail you provided at checkout to ensure you remain up to date on the status of your order.

We are committed to meeting our schedules. However, from time-to-time deliveries may be delayed for any number of reasons including lack of available stock, extreme weather, employee absences or vehicle breakdowns. In these rare cases we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone to reschedule.
